Overview

TaskDrift Onboarding Agent is an autonomous multi-agent pipeline replacing manual agency client intake with zero-touch onboarding.

Built with Google ADK and Gemini 3.5 Flash on Cloud Run, the system validates incoming project requirements, neutralizes prompt injection attempts, generates formal grounded Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), detects scope creep to reprice proposals automatically, and creates 50% advance Razorpay payment links.

Delivers proposals via WhatsApp Cloud API with instant automatic fallback to Resend email, monitored continuously by Google Cloud Scheduler.

Tech Deep Dive

Engineered with FastAPI backend deployed to Cloud Run and Next.js 14 frontend with GSAP animations. Agent state handoffs are managed via Google ADK state machines, while Firestore persists leads and payment transitions. Payment webhooks trigger automated CRM project record initialization.
