Overview

Razorpay ACP Adapter (AgentPay Bridge) is an open-spec checkout adapter implementing the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP v2026-04-17) on top of the Razorpay payment rail.

As autonomous AI buyer agents take over consumer and enterprise purchasing, merchant APIs face vulnerabilities like hallucinated unit prices, over-ordering, and unexplainable transactions. AgentPay Bridge enforces bounded, gated, and auditable money actions.

Key mechanisms include server-authoritative catalog pricing, deterministic discount and order value guardrails, 30-minute inventory soft-holds, idempotency key deduplication, and HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks.

Key Features

→
Server-Authoritative Pricing - Enforces catalog price lookups and GST calculations, strictly ignoring client-supplied unit prices.
→
Deterministic Guardrails - Hard limits on maximum discounts (50%), order caps, and SKU volume bounds to prevent rogue agent purchases.
→
Inventory Soft-Holds & 30-Min TTL - Reserves stock during multi-step cart mutations with automatic sweeper cleanup on expiration.
→
Idempotency Deduplication - Native Idempotency-Key header handling and replay caching to prevent duplicate charges.
→
Cryptographic Webhooks - HMAC-SHA256 signature verification for inbound and outbound event streams with anti-replay timestamps.
→
Firestore Audit Trail - Immutable log recording before and after state transitions with explicit machine-readable rejection reasons.

Tech Deep Dive

Built with a FastAPI asynchronous core adhering to ACP v2026-04-17 specifications. Backed by Google Cloud Firestore for transactional session tracking and idempotent replay protection. Features an interactive Next.js 14 operator console for testing agent purchase flows and inspecting violation logs in real time.
